Social Security Card

Hi,

I was lived in Pensacola,Fl when I got my Social Security card.

and I didnt have my last name back then.

Now I live in Dallas, and I want to add my last name in my Social security card in order to get my driver license.

My question is Do I need to go back to Pensacola in order to get my last name added?

or can I just simply go to the SSA in Dallas to get this fixed?
