so i was wondering if i can get some help, i see that the beneficiary has to fill out a DS-156, but my question is, is the DS-156K also for the beneficiary or the petitioner? thank you and excuse me for the lack of knowledge :whistle::blush: lol

Moving to Embassy/Consulate forum.

Everything after petition is filed is beneficiary, except the I-134.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
