Does anyone know if the US Embassy in Manila will cancel interviews next week if the US govt. shuts down tomorrow at midnight? My finace has her interview next Wednesday and it would be so unfortunate to have waited so long and a govt shutdown delays everything.

Yes, all visa functions will cease until government is back up

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

You might want to leave one topic in a visa forum, lest a new one be generated every time someone logs on and thinks that nobody's mentioned it yet.
