Well got a response. Apparently the email got "mis-routed" to my email address... even though they're answer was in response to my email directly about change of address :lol:

Now if I could just get them to give me out interview date. They told me to contact them before the end of next week. Guess I shouldn't push the issue. Isn't it a holiday there today, or tomorrow?

Today. Independence day. Generally, they'll schedule the interview a few days after getting packet 3 though.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

I e-mailed the consulate earlier in the week about Packet 3. The reply was that there was a dleay in mailing and that it might go out by Friday (8 Sept 06). As of last night, nothing has been received.

03-28-2006 I-129F received by NSC

06-01-2006 received 3 e-mails notifying of transfer to CSC

06-14-2006 3 e-mails from CSC stating application had been received for processing

06-15-2006 touched

06-15-2006 touched

06-17-2006 touched

07-03-2006 2 e-mails from CSC saying RFE mailed 06-23-2006

07-03-2006 Received RFE (IMBRA). Returned by Express mail the same day

They told me the same thing ( about delay). I didn't get my packet 4 yet and my interview is going to be on september 26 th!

Strange.

My case got to the Consulate last week.

My interview is only in mid - octover and I got my packet 4 on friday.

Now I'm getting worried. I think I will call them tomorow and ask one more time if it is possible to send me packet 4 again. They told me that they sent on august 22 nd. Isn't it wired? One more thing to worry about now!!!

It is weird you are still waiting for it.

But I doubt you won´t be able to enter the Consulate because of that.

They know you have an interview and if you keep in contact with them they will find a way to let you in.

That´s my guess.

They will either mail you another one or come up with some other procedure so you´ll be there for your interview.

Calling them would be a good idea..
