Hello there,

I am looking for your help please.

I filed a I-129f ON fEBRUARY 2 OF 2009. On May 6 of 2009 it was approved, I recieved the 2nd notice of action (NOA.

In July 22 of 2009 I conatcted USCIS to terminated the petition. I received on December 7 of 2009 the confirmation that my petition was terminated.

My question is, if I am able to apply today (April of 2011) for my second I-129F for a different fiancee without sending a waiver since is more than 2 years from I filed my prevous I-129F or I am still in the two years period.

All help and comments will be greatly appreciate them

Thanks

Rodolfo
