Has anyone gone to juarez and represent themselves? i just discovered today my lawyer decided to stop representing us i feel it is because shes a very busy person any information would be helpful

thanks

Represent themselves in what? What type of petition or visa is this concerning? I'm fairly certain that the National Visa Center is in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and not in Juarez, Mexico. Providing a few more details about your case and posting your question in the correct forum would aid greatly in obtaining a relevant answer to your questions.

***** Moving from NVC to US Embassies forum as Op, I think, is asking about interviews *****

OP. are you talking about a visa interview? If so, the lawyer couldn't come with you anyway.

Sorry for the confusion yes, im talking about the visa interview im almost done with the form ds-260 and after that im suppose to wait for my visa interview date, which will be taking place in Juarez, Mexico . My lawyer is so busy , she just found an excuse to just not continue representing me which pretty much sucks for me Im on my own now, everyone tells me it is not the best idea to go to the interview without any representation. So i was just wondering if anyone has gone to the interview without any lawyer representation, i kno they dont or wont go to the interview along with me, but now that im basically by my own right now, idk if i have time to find a new one or not get one? Im really confuse!!!.and mostly SCARED!

Go to the VJ subforum for Latin America and Mexico here:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/96-latin-america-mexico-the-caribbean/

There are loads of people there who have been through the interview process in Juarez, and can help you with any questions or problems. You don't need an attorney to do this.
