I-134 questions

I have a I-134 question for my K-1 application.

I have a full-time job as a manager, and also I'm an adjunct college professor, who teaches part time for the past 4 years. For 2010, because of budget cuts, I didn't teach any classes, but just worked full-time in my manager role. Currently I'm still working in the same manager role, but I am also teaching one class this semester (Spring, 2011). In the I-134 form, it kind of only gives room, for one job. Should I just put my manager job, as it makes the required amount, and not even mention the part-time teaching that I do? Or do I need to mention both, and get Letter's of employment from both? I don't want to complicate things, and prefer to keep things as simple as possible.

Another question is, I own my own home, do I need to fill in that section (and the other ones about assets), if my income surpasses the minimum required? Or is that only needed if one is trying to make the minimum requirement?

Thanks in advance.

I've updated my timeline to aid VJ users, please update yours if you haven't :-)

I don't know if my information is correct but I own a house and I did not list it. I read in posts that if the income is good enough then no need to list so many assets. I did include two stock portfolios and a saving/checking accounts. (I don't if it was necessary to list the stock portfolios). I sent the 2010 tax return just in case.

I-134 is an Embassy/Consulate topic.. Moving..

Note your primary job on the I-134, it sounds to be a steady job. As for the teaching job, it is not a steady one, so need not be listed on the I-134.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Assets are only used to supplement low income. You should be good without it if your income is over the requirement.
