I have a cousin she's 20 yrs old,can she be able to file a petiton I-130 and sponsor her husband?or does she have to wait till she turns 21?She is a US Citizen..

I think that she is elgible to file, but she may need to prove that they are serious because she is so young. I am not sure, but it maybe a redflag. I am not sure, but I am brain storming.

She can file the I-130, yes, but that would result in a CR1 visa, not K3. Why is this in the K3 forum?

Absolutely she can file; the only age issue (once legally allowed to marry) is that one has to be 18 to file the I-864 .
