Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a little help from someone who might have a little more information that I do. My fiance and I are waiting to get the approval for our I-129F (Fiance Visa)petition. He is currently in Brazil and I am in the United States waiting for him to get back! We will probably have our approval within the next month, and then the interview will be scheduled 2-3 months later.

My question is: does anyone know if it's okay for me to leave my job in the United States and move to Brazil temporarily while we wait for the Visa? My address will change so I don't know if that will affect any of the paperwork, and I'm also worried about going to the interview with my fiance and telling them that I do not currently have a job or steady income. Has anyone done this before? Do you think this would somehow cause us to be rejected for the Visa?

Thanks so much...I appreciate any information that you can give us!!

Only issue would be with showing support, if you lined up a co-sponsor, most consulates will allow a co-sponsor along with you being a primary sponsor.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
