How's the weight going ?

When I came to the US I was 208 lbs wet through. I am 6 feet tall and John Wayne shaped so I could carry it ok and there was only me knew I was fat

Being cheap, I shop at places like Walmart and the sight of the Walmartians made me gip

So now after 3.5 years I am 193.6 lb

A few years ago I would have thought "Well I am not so bad so I can relax" but now I think I have to really get to grips

I eat one superb meal a day and then just a boiled egg or a piece of toast or a few nuts when I am peckish

Its working for me and with no hunger and little exercise

That life style might be a little low on vitamins so I pop a supplement

My 38 waste jeans are going in the bin as they feel huge !

Am I alone is reacting like this to the USA's affair with cheese and fat or do immigrants do as the Romans when in Rome ?

I reckon the available food in the USA is awful so it isn't easy to get much low fat food

They were a waste of money haha ! I blame spell check. I suppose I could keep them as they would make good shoplifting jeans. I could steal a fridge.
