Hi, we got an RFE from CSC and sent it back over a week ago, I dont know if they have received it yet, since they didnt update the case on USCIS. Does anybody has experiences with RFE at CSC and if so please give me some input on how long it takes ;) Thank you

They say 60 days but they look at it in 1-3 weeks.

i sent our rfe information back to CSC on 14th march. they confirmed that they had received it on 16th march and we are still waiting for a response. they said it would be within 60 days.

Hi debz, I see that you have been waiting for 3 weeks. I suggest you send an e-mail to Angela. When TSC received my RFE last month, they approved it after 1 week. So 3 weeks is way too long. Contact Angela.

Your Case Status: Request for Evidence Response Review

On April 6, 2011, we received your response to our request for evidence.

Now we gonna wait for our NOA2, and hopefully it is coming soon :)

hello there

i see you are making good progress with your journey. i was at TSC but now i'm at CSC. Do you think she will be intersted in helping as i'm not at TSC. The waiting is torture and it's been over 3 weeks now. i'm going over to visit soon as we've been apart since last august. hope i don't have any problems visiting.

Our RFE set us back 3 weeks total - check out my timeline in my signature for the dates. We went through CSC too and our RFE was for a very minor administrative error (so no real wondering if what we sent back would be enough).

Good luck guys, and keep your eye on the prize!

April, 2009 - We met

May, 2009 - We wooed

June, 2010 - We got engaged, looking forward to a small August 2010 wedding

February 3, 2011 - application sent from NVC to Montreal (aka. the Abyss?)

March 7, 2011 - Packet 3 sent to me

March 10, 2011 - Packet 3 delivered to Montreal

March 21, 2011 - Packet 4 sent to me

April 5, 2011 - Medical

April 13, 2011 - Interview - approved!

April 20, 2011 - visa in hand

May 9, 2011 - POE (Buffalo, NY)

We just sent our RFE response back to the CSC today for tomorrow delivery. Hopefully it doesnt take anyone too long to hear a response. :blush:

K1 PROCESS:

11/1/10: NOA1 Received

4/14/11: NOA2 - Approved!!!!

8/18/11: Visa in hand

8/29/11: POE in ATLANTA!!!!

9/16/11: Married!!!

AOS PROCESS:

10/4/11: Social Security Card Arrived!

11/10/11: AOS Package mailed to Chicago Lockbox

11/19/11: NOA1

12/2/11: Biometrics

12/10/11: Case transferred to the California Service Center

03/06/12: EAD approved and card production!

03/14/12: EAD card in hand!

08/04/12: Green card in production!

08/09/12: Green card in hand!
