Waiting for K1 interview date in London

Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone knows how long your interview date is averaging from your medical date at the moment. I had my medical on 28th March, and have called the Embassy a few times. The person I last spoke to said that it is unusual for them to have the date on their computer before I would receive the letter. She said that I should receive the letter 3 weeks after my medical...however, what I really want to know is what kind of time frame am I looking at for the interview date from the date of my medical. I have checked out timelines etc, however, it doesn't really tell you how long the wait is from your medical.

Thanks all...kind of getting crunched for time.

Take a look at my timeline in my signature. We pretty much did all of our stuff ahead of time to bypass a few days of waiting, and I just got my interview date on monday so its fairly accurate of how they're booking at the moment.

The most recent date in London for an interview booked was april 28th.

DOS told me on Monday 4th that my packet 3 had been logged and qualified by London for scheduling of interview. So I called the DOS earlier today (they close Wednesday afternoons) to check again and was told the same, so I opted to call the Embassy 'extortion' hotline to find out what the delay was, where I was told they didn't even know my packet 3 had been returned and gavee me the email PIN and told to email!! So I agree, call the DOS every time, they have better information and is way cheaper than the Embassy information line.

I tied to call early on today, but they said they have different timings on Wednesday and they were closed. I just checked out the time difference for the DOS, so I can call them right when they open tomorrow. Fingers crossed I have a date...the anticipation is building!
