Are the RFE's getting updated in "status update"?

Hi all, for those of the unlucky ones who got their RFE's, has your case status getting updated ? Our mails are getting lost and wondering if we got one and never saw it ?

My online status did not update when I got my RFE.

I would say if you are lucky because they process tons of applications in their electronic environment and it is possible that the system may or may not pick up everything; the best example of this is having no LUDs nor touches after the bio appointment and getting straight approval letters and cards in the email.

My online status did not update when I got my RFE.

Mine hasn't updated either since we received our RFE. I just sent out the evidence they requested on Saturday and I haven't checked since then if there is an update.

well, I called the 1-800 number and the customer support is reading the same information I am able to see on line myself. Looks like the customer support is essentially acting as a fall back option for those who did not sign up for online updates. Looks like we are in limbo as of now along with others
