Hi

So interview is done and approved woohoo!!!

So now we need to set up the flight so i can bring my fiancee home. Is purchasing a one-way ticket ok to do?

Can anyone assist on where to purchase the ticket?

What im finding is around 900usd for one way and the round trip ticket is about 970. That seems excessive that they are so close in price. That is with delta. I havent found anything cheaper than around 900. Trip adviser is 883 and that is the lowest i have found so far. Does anyone know a good travel agent in Oregon?

Try China Airlines.

so is scheduling the flight for the end of the month ok? She still hasnt received her visa yet, but it was approved on the 4th. That should give it 20 some days to arrive to her. Dont have the tracking number to track it on 2go website.

Last fall, I had to do the same thing to book a ticket for my fiancee... I had to photocopy my CC and my ID, email them to her, and she had to present them in order to fly from MNL to Boracay.

Depends. Sometimes weird things happen, like the printer goes down, they run out of the correct paper, a typhoon happens, or the government shuts down.

Is that a political statement....in a regional thread? .....Trying to challenge the Organizers?

lol, anyway just want some input if that would be fine. im sure that by now 2go should have it as it has been a full work week since the interview.

It's going to cost you $1000.00 +/- to get her to PDX. I wouldn't chance it myself. Most likely it wouldn't be a problem but strange things can happen.
