Iranian Female, USA Wedding, Last Name Change

Hello all, looking for some quick advice here, still a little unclear about something.

My fiancée is Iranian, we are getting married in the USA this month.

If she changes her last name to mine on the American Marriage Certificate will she still be able to travel to Iran to visit her family?

If she does not change her name on the American Marriage Certificate, maintains her maiden name, what affect if any does that have on our IR-1/CR-1 application? Will it cause delays, suspicions, or investigations?

Any guidance or assistance that can be offered will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all in advance for you time.

if she has iranian passport in her maiden name, then she has to buy tickets in the passport name it has to match, when she gets her permanent resident card in her married name, she needs that to return to the usa poe along with her marriage certificate to show name change, you will be ok...passport, tickets to match,I.D green card, marriagecertificate, when you return at the poe go the the us citizens line,

Most important thing to show as a married couple is the general comingling of financial assets and a demonstrable married life together: names on rent or mortgage, joint mail, joint bank accounts, electric/utility bills, insurance coverage. There are many ways to prove this not solely via name change.

I agree with the above ladies. Even though Im the USC and Adam is Egyptian, I still til now havent changed my last name to his and we never had a problem with any paper work. It only made it that much easier to fill out paper work since everything always stayed the same. We put both of our names on nearly everything paperwork wise with rent/bills,bank,car, ect.
