I talked to my Ex, and as we are both amicable and on talking terms he said that he would write an avidavit for me to say that our marriage was on good faith.

Would this help my situation or cause some raised eyebrows?

USCIS understands that sometimes, people don't mesh after living together - and things happen.

You can file like that - shouldn't cause to much trouble - however,

are you divorced now? or in the process?

Depending on what status is your marriage, you will have to apply for waivers, if needed.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

I am divorced (just recently) and am applying for ROC within the next few months.

I have; Tax record of joint filing, Joint bank account statements, joint Car insurance, joint medical insurance and rental agreements plus photos AND this affidavit if i feel I should put it in..

I hope this is enough!!!
