AOS April 2011 filers!!!!!!

hmmm... I'm sad because there hasn't been too many updates from April filers lately aside from all these talks about RFEs... Well we still have two days left this week and there's 3 more weeks in June, plenty of time for more EAD/AP AND GC Approvals.. Come on!!!!!

UPDATE: I just received today that EAD and AP are approved. We are happppy happpy happpy card production was marked online and hopefully we will have it in the mail soon.

I am predicting that in the next 2 weeks we will probably have loads of EAD/AP approvals.. Hopefully GCs too but CSC transfers can be so unpredictable. Well for sure we will have GC approvals this month (the ones with interview) hopefully the csc transfers as well! Everyday I am hoping that they approve my RFE already.. Please Lord!

Someone on VJ said that another vj member spent months disputing this and eventually they "found" it, but they lost so much time! I don't know if its worth it.. certainly not for me..

i think you did the right thing of just paying it again, rather than hoping for them to find the lost medical.

I hope you're right! I love when there's a wave of approvals, it's so exciting!

Yeah I am also hoping our RFE response goes over well with them. I am getting nervous with the 'what ifs,' like what if we didn't provide enough or what if we misread it and they wanted something different...etc.

OMG I think of the same thing all the time.. its like what if the new medical isn't right, etc.. urgh. I guess there's nothing we can do about it at this point but just hope and pray!

my case got transferred to CSC today!! does that mean no interview? ^^

nothing on the EAD card still though. does anybody know if NBC is still processing the EAD part or it has been sent along to CSC with the AOS?

Most likely, you won't.

They are processed separately at NBC

Ooh congratulations! Our RFE responses went into review on the same day so maybe that means we'll be hearing something soon as well *crosses fingers*!

UPDATE! I got my EAD/AP card today in mail!! USCIS sent it by priority mail..... The card says it was issued on 5/24, and the letter that came with the card says "DATE 6/4/2011". My online case status says that it was approved on 6/6/2011....so weird. Anyways, for those who saw your online status "approved", you'll get your card soon!!!!
