okey, now my home is Iowa, so best airport is MSP, but what am looking for, am going anyway to chicago, can i stay there, and wife drive to me, spend couple of days there togther, and then drive back togther, to Iowa, i know its a loooooooooong trip, but going to be fun for us, so do think i will have problem of that, cuz they might say, i suppose to go MSP, and they would give me hard time about it at the airport by the immgraation officer?

No they wont give you a hard time, you will go through immigration there then have to go to a different terminal anyway, just head for the exit! You wont get a refund for the final leg of your flight though.

Enjoy Chicago!, and the scenery on the road trip back to Iowa. Iowa is the next state west so is not far for a drive.

There are no restrictions on travel once in the USA.

One other thing you say wife, but your profile shows K1, you may want to update your profile, and also do a timeline for the rest of us to know how long it too for you ro get this far.

and if, in fact, she is actually your fiancee', do not call her "wife" when going thru immigration, it could cause some real problems and you may get sent back - it **has** happened before. Just a word of caution.

Feb 6, 2007 - checks cashed for AOS/EAD/AP - YAY!

Feb 8, 2007 - NOA1 on AOS/EAD/AP

Feb 14, 07 - touched EAD/AP

March 8, 07 - Biometrics appt in NOLA

April 17, 07 - AP approved

April 19, 07 - EAD approved
