ok , well ...lets see how to start .....lets go from the top . i met a pinay woman where i work , and we did things together and spent time together (i like her) . i met her shortly after she got to the states , its now been about 4 years . anyways , afetr time she said i would be good for her niece . i was unsure about it at frist , so , she e-mailed me , and we talked , mostly at frist by e-mail , now i call her 1 time a week and we ym and e-mail alot ( yes , i belive god has my wife ) . so , now to my question . some people know about me and her (shes in the phil. steal) , and the few pinoy men that are young (21-28,oh,im 37 years old) like to say that she may Divorce me when she gets here or they always ask me to make sure , and 1 tells me give her a baby to make sure she dont go . is it comman for the young men to ..well hate and discourage koan's from marrying ?

What is a koan?

I'm not really sure why you are assuming we know what you are talking about. I would say in general that any long distant relationship is going to be met with scrutiny by many. Have you met her in person yet? If you are wondering if people close to her know her better than you, and are warning you about her - all you can do is take time to know her. I'm not sure what kind of marriage you are looking for but any relationship that is not built on mutual trust and respect isn't going to work.

after reading it twice to finally understand it, i'd have to answer yes, it's possible they are trying to talk you out of it. what really got my attention is this woman is trying to get her niece here via you..........

From what I can peruse, kaon, from a non-English Zen practitioner, is meaningless? A pinay indeed is a Philipino female, however a pinoy is a gay Philipino male. Still, this doesn't make sense given the above OP's scenerio. I think I would agree, that we need more information, however it looks like he's being used for immigration purposes!

...it's due to the increase moisture that you perspire on your feet. Convert all your light bulbs to flourescent and you might be able to reverse the effect.

ok , sorry about the misunderstanding , i though some filipinos would understand what i was talking about better , by using the words i did . so , what i am saying is that the filipino men at work , talk bad about the me and the filinpo women that i talk with and i will see her next mo.(oct.) . the woman i met was at work and we get along very well , me and her family , that is . im just questioning why the filipino men hate on me for what i belive is my wife to be .
