for 2011, two people 18,38 -three 23,162-four 27,937 five 32,712 six 37,489 it's 4,775 for each additional person.

Im recently concerned with this as im about to send this in to NVS.

Can someone confirm that the 125 percent is of your gross income, IE, the actual salary your job pays and NOT the adjusted gross income from Taxes?

My income is 35k for four people, but my Adjusted gross income for last year was 27400 after deductions.

I just want to confirm I am not over-thinking this.

Thanks!

Are you self employed or a wage/salary earner? Self employed uses amount on line 22 of 1040 tax form. Wage earner look at the gross.

Wage/salary earner of 35k. So as long as they are looking at that I'm good. Just got nervous and wanted to double check.
