Help,marriage fraud and U.S citizen has no rights

Hello to everyone,

Long story short...

Im a Unites stetes citizen who was falsly accused of 2 spousal abuse charges 1 month apart,he was only here since FeB 2010,and I withdrew petition after he did this...He obtained green card from all my false charges

.All my charges were dropped,no information,He has then been putting restrain orders on me and me on him and also falsely violated one of mine.The whole time he was holding me captive in my home he had a retrain order on me,and courts didnt care,he kept me captive in my home for 1 week and beat me so bad and was arrested and that case was dropped by the prosecutor without my knowledge.I had photos and witnesses and nobody ever called me or asked me anything.

.I was forced to put house deed jointly 9 months ago with threats from him.I called I.C.E to investigate him.Will they?Or should I make an info pass appointment.This man never loved me all he cared about was his green card and to take my home and life away.I am now on food stamps and have no job because of all this.What can I do? Married 2 years he got his green card in september 2010..I files for divorce recently, Thankyou..

Maybe not for depirting the low life but there many abuse hot lines to call .. Do this ASAP they will help have him put in jail .. Wish I know where to call in your area but go to police again and ask for help.

I would loan her one. But she needs a number of some spouse abuse hot line in her area... Ask police of church for help ASAP.

Abuse requires two people: one who abuses and the other one who allows to be abused. There are strict laws in place to protect children, simply because they can't protect themselves. Either you were rather clueless, or careless, or that man of yours is a master scam artist who was able to pull all of this off so brilliantly that it totally escaped your attention until it was too late.

At this point there is nothing, absolutely nothing you can do. You also can't withdraw your Affidavit of Support for him. ICE does not investigate cases like this. They are trying to catch hardcore criminals who are deportable. Your husband is a lawful permanent resident of the United States, not a criminal and not deportable, unless you have solid proof that his marriage to you was fraudulent.

All you can do at this point is to divorce him. How much of your house he will own when all of this is over you might want to discuss with a divorce attorney. It's not an immigration case although a competent attorney will use this to build a case if, and only if you live in a state that has "at fault" divorces.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . I'm not sure if you were trying to be helpful or not but blaming the victim will not solve anything. Are there 2 participants in a murder - the one who murdered and the one who allowed themselves to be murdered? Your statement is insensitive and unnecessary.

The reason he stated that was because she allowed her ex-husband to abuse her on top of that claim VAWA against her and get his GC already, And also there's only one side of the story. We might never know what truly happened.

that's right. A murder victim is truly a victim, as they did not enable their killer.

Somebody who lives with a drug addict, or is being slapped around for years, or is prostituting themselves, or lives with somebody who abuses them for a certain period of time, is not necessarily "just" a victim. He or she could be an "enabler" as well.

If you transfer $10,000 to a guy in Nigeria who send you an e-mail telling you that he has $5 million waiting for you, you are a victim of some sort, but you are also an idiot, an enabler.
