Etrace for 2go I believe you just type in your case number and if it's in the system, should show the shipping. One poster said it usually takes a week to be in the system unless it's an expedited request.

Just to add our experience, my fiancee lives in Cebu and had her interview Sep 15. The visa was delivered by 2go on Sep 23. We tried tracking the package everyday between the interview and delivery using the MNL# and it always showed up as an "invalid tracking number". I actually thought it hadn't been mailed yet and was going to call the embassy the day it arrived. I've read some other posts where they had the same issue.

The only other thing I will add is that my fiancee never had to fill out a 2go form at the embassy. She did go to their window after the interview and asked about it, but they said she didn't need to fill one out and was good to go. Since it arrived they apparently knew what they were talking about.

It will show invalid until 2go receives the visa from the embassy.

^^^ That's where the delay is...the Embassy.

it's a good thing i read this. i was interviewed 3 days ago...and i can't track my visa. i was thinking they changed their minds about giving me a visa.

^^^

We were never able to track our visa on the website for some reason. Apparently this happens occasionally. If you're not able to track it in a few days you can just call the Embassy and give them the case number and they can give you the status.

^^^ Clarification.

im having a hard time calling 2Go. its always busy and keeping me on hold. already wasted 200pesos on that call. is there any other way to trace t? do they deliver in weekends?

^^^ Call the Embassy.

We tried tracking the package everyday between the interview and delivery using the MNL# and it always showed up as an "invalid tracking number".

^^^ Yup...2GO delivers the visas fairly quickly once they actually have them in their hand. It seems that sometimes they can't update their tracking system fast enough.

I wish the Embassy had a tracking system too, because that's where all the delay is...

Case is on the consular officer's desk...

Case is on the case worker's desk...

Case is in the printing room...

Case is in the mail room...

Case is picked up by 2GO...

B-)

Thanks, Appreciate the information from someone who actually experienced receiving their visa from 2Go. The other folks should stop making other remarks if they haven't gone through the process. It just frustrates and confuses other folks.

I have said this in VJ over and over again. Why do people "GUESS" at the expense of others?

Does anyone know which 2GO office is the fastest in Cebu to get the Visa? Someone said on another thread that there is one in Mandaeu (sp?) City in Cebu that is the main office. Do Visas first show up there then have to be driven to the other offices around town? If anyone can confirm I might switch delivery to the central office in Cebu - the first one to get the Visas.

Thanks!

This should be pinned because it seems that most people don't know how to track their visa after interview.

To anyone that wants to know how to track the visa

Go to 2go website e-trace 2go.com.ph

Enter NVC MNL number. It will show invalid until 2go receives the visa from the embassy.

Typically its 1 week minimum after interview before arriving at 2go delivery service. Expedited will be sooner.

In my wifes case it was 10 days after the interview before it appeared in the 2go tracking system.

The next day it was delivered to my wifes home.
