4 touches in 4 working days!

My wife’s AOS has been touched again. This is the forth time in four working day in a row. It is unbelievable, I hope it is a sign of very good news to come and soon. Look at our signature in order to see all the touches we have had.

From the other VJ members that have been transferred to CSC lately have your cases been “touched” as much as our case has?

My husband's was touched again today for the third working day in a row!!! I still don't know where the hell the case is but at least they are doing something!!! Hopefully some good news will be coming our way soon!!!

My case was also transferred end Aug. I want to be touched, too, but how do I know that I have been touched??

Hi Dusy,

You need to go to the USCIS’s website here is the link; https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp. Then you sign up, you will need your “Receipt Number”. Once you do that you will know that your case was touched if you’re “Last Update” column date has changed.

You can also sign up for e-mail updates.

but i wonder... if you don't wanna wait for the GC to be mailed... could you do an infopass at your DO and get the stamp in your passport? because if i get approved today, i am gonna be setting up job interviews one minute after!

Hey John,

When you log into your USCIS portfolio on their website there is a date next to your reciept number. Sometimes the date changes without any news changing on your case. That is a touch. They are doing something with it, but you have no clue what.

Maybe that means they completed your case and a welcome letter is in the works

My streak has ended as well. Its after 11pm on this side of the fence and no touching today...

I was out all day with my hubby and friends so I wasn't obssessing over it (till now)

I don't wanna get all boosted up to be cruelly letdown so I will just remain guardedly optimistic that things will continue to move swiftly (while hoping that at least my EAD gets approved soon).

Hmmm... I am interested to see if this is a pattern. If I get touched tomorrow it will be day 3, I wonder if after day 4 it will stop with me as well....

Like you nayalamb, I dont want to get all boosted up to be cruelly let down, it's just so hard not to be when you're transferred to CSC and getting more touch action than ever before! lol

I wouldnt be surprised if you got approved for GC before your EAD, which sucks only because of the cash you had to fork out for it.

Yes my streak came to an end yesterday. Four touches in four working days. My I-485 was not touched yesterday. Let me know if you guys get touched? And for how many days?
