I'm not trying to get anyone worried but I was just wondering, I was at FedEx today to mail of my pack but the lady told me she couldn't send it because it's going to a P.O.box (California Service Center) and she told me Fed Ex doesn't have the keys, I have to go to the post office. So that's what I ended up doing and my pack was sent today through USPS, but now on the forum I saw several people saying they sent their pack through Fed Ex? So now I'm confused? I am assuming the lady was wrong?

You can file using FedEx (or UPS), but you have to use a different address. In the instructions for the form for there should be an alternate address for "express" or courier deliveries. It will differ depending on what form you're filing and where it's going.

The FedEx person was right, they cannot deliver to PO boxes. In my experience though, you're better off sending stuff with the post office. I sent my AOS package in with fedex and it took over two weeks before I received a NOA. From looking at other people's timelines, it looks like mail delivered by USPS (which goes to a PO box, and not an office address) gets processed faster.
