You would file the I-130 for a CR-1 (IR-1 if you have been married 2 or more years). All you need to file is the I-130 and let it run its course.

So let me get this staright you no longer need to both with filing I-129F along with I-130? Someone send me a PM if thats true.

The initial review never changing is annoying as mine has said so since my receipt notice of January 7th. I wish it said we are almost at your case... or had a ticker saying you are # 4754 in que or something then next time u log on it said # 4230 for example that way it gave you some kind of hope... Ive become very depressed since sending in my packets and waiting on my family and never seeing them
