So, hello everybody, i'm begining my journey :D

i've got few questions about affadavit of support...

So, we are going to fill through DCF in France...She's usc and living in the us, i live in France...

The only problem right now it's this  affadavit of support...

I looked in the examples forms many times in this forum...but there's things i can't understand...

1) In the example form, "john derry doe", didn't put the savings on his bank...do my sweetie has to put this

savings?...Knowing that she has debts -like 8000 dollars :crying: -

2) i can pay for this debts, but is the concil is not going to suspect that i'm going to "pay" to be american resident?...

She's now going to have a good work with stable income, with enough to reach the poverty guidelines...

and we have a cosponsor... :P

Thanks to all the people here!!!! :luv:

Since you have cosponsors, I don't see why you would need to say how much you have in the bank. I believe it applies mostly to those who don't meet the income requirements, but can compensate with the amount of money they have in the bank (for example, their income is $5000 short, but they have $5000 in the bank).
