HI MY FIANCE AND I ARE NEW TO THIS SITE :D AND WE SURE DO THINK THIS SITE IS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOR 2YRS AND PLAN TO GET MARRIED NEXT YEAR (L) AFTER WHICH HE INTENDS TO FILE CR-1/IR-1 SO WE CAN FINALLY BE TOGETHER WE WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW WHAT EVIDENCE OF OUR RELATIONSHIP WOULD BE MOST HELPFUL IN PROVING OUR CASE THAT WE ARE AND HAVE BEEN IN A RELATIONSHIP. WE HAVE PICTURES, EMAILS AND LETTERS IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU GUYS COULD LET US KNOW WHAT ELSE WE COULD HAVE THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL.

Pictures, Emails, Letters are all good. Also, anytime he comes to visit you make sure he keeps the actual boarding passes if possible. Entry and exit stamps from the passport pages are also good as well. These will prove that you have actually met in person. Receipts for any gifts that you have bought each other and for any trips you may have taken together (even if just a weekend or to go visit a tourist site near hour home).
