I, unlike the simpleton populace out there, actually study my candidates and learn something about them before voting on platitudes.

Voting again for a guy who did everything he could against the American people though isn't the smartest idea in the world. Of course the sheeple will continue to vote for who they are told to vote for.

The outcome in your state is a foregone conclussion, so you can quit the histrionics about you not being an unabashed pastisan. You can safely vote Ron Paul without having to actually worry if your vote will impact the outcome in your state. I don't want to vote for Obama, but if my option is Obama, or a social conservative who wants to take away people's civil liberties, then that's a no brainer.

What about spending? Overall I have been surprised with Obama. I expected much worse and although I'm not impressed with his job so far I have to say that like Bush he gets blamed for way too much.
