original RFE or Copy of RFE notice

Hi to all,I am now here again seeking any helps.My requested evidence that USCIS ask is now ready but I am just confuse if I am going to send the original RFE notice or only a copy of the RFE notice......it says on the notice RETURN THIS NOTICE ON TOP OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION LISTED ON THE ATTACHED SHEET..then at the bottom it says......You will be notified separately about any other applications or petition you filed.Save this notice.Please enclose a copy of it if you write to us about this case,or if you file another application based on this decision. As what i understand I will save the original notice and just enclose a copy with the requested evidence USCIS asked but the problem is my husband and I are arguing because he said it should be the original RFE notice because it's only asking if I am going to write to USCIS.Is he right?pls help,,any help appreciated..Thank you
