hi everyone, my case status is RFE, on web site is written that we should get decision after 60 days, our case is under AWA, is really that we will get answer when this time expired? we sent them everything what our attorney ask us to send, my fiance had psychologist tests too, but i still am worried that evidenses won't be enough....

i know that anyway we will be together, maybe it is very stupid opinion, but i think everyone can have second chanse, and USCIS must not make so many difficulties.

thank you

After you send the RFE papers , chances are its going to take a year or more for any movement. Sadly , My RFE response was on 5/11/2010 and nothing has changed since. Service requests, congressman calls, etc Have done no good, its always the same story " its pending"

Hope you guys get approved, its a mental drain waiting so long and dealing with the stress.

60 days expired today, what now? my fiance is going to call attorney on Wednesday.

Did you send the RFE response? Once they receive it you should get a notice or status change online to Response Review or something like that.

I've had an attorney from the start, my RFE response was received Back in May of 2010 , so its been almost 1 year since they got my response. Its a very long wait, im expecting another year wait or more at this point.

Ive already moved to my wifes country, they can screw around and take all the time they want at this point

i am sorry you have to wait so long, we are in same boat. i still hope they won't delay to make decision. it is very important, coz if they deny our case we must decide what to do for future. they just spend part of our life.

it is very good you moved in your wifes country, i think it is the best evidence for USCIS:)

good luck and big happiness
