She said she had a young korean guy who was friendly, she said she saw "americans" asking relentless questions to the other women

MY WIFE PASSED THE INTERVIEW, she was only asked a few questions and that was it. WE WILL BE TOGETHER AGAIN THIS MONTH

TO All vj memebers: Do you think K3 is much better than K1 visa? i notice mostly members passed is k3 visa?

K-3 is administratively closed. The only option you have is CR-1.

K-3 is administratively closed. The only option you have is CR-1.

Ooops! I just noticed that you are a K-1. And to answer question...CR-1 is much better than the first one.

If you are a CR-1 visa holder, you are not required to do the Adjustment of Status when you arrive in the US.

In other words, you will be free from the USCIS until Removing of Condition.

With the K-1 visa, you have to do both, the AOS after you married and ROC after two years.
