My fiance graduated December 2008, started working on 2009 in texas but couldnt get full time job.. february 2010 he moved in alabama again he worked but not full time.. meaning his ITR for 2009 and 2010 is low, below the poverty level.. BUT this november 2010 he got hired in a company as an inventory manager (FULL TIME JOB) w/c pays high and according to the guideline, his anual salary pays for 6 household chore. I have a son w/c is included to the petition.. he has 2 girls but not leaving w/ him, he sends $340 dollars every month.. and beside his salary, he has $540 every month benefit from the army cause he got injured during his duty before.

so my question is, does Low ITR matters? though He has his stable job already that could surely support me as k1 and my son as k2..? please someone could give me an answer to this cause this bothers me though i should stay positive, i just cant help it.. God Bless & More power to all!

His previous tax returns shouldn't be a problem if he's got sufficient proof of his current income. At minimum, he should have a letter from his employer stating that he's a full-time employee, the date he was hired, and his current annual salary. He should also have copies of his pay stubs going back at least a couple of months or so.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
