Hello, how important are ATM/food/movie receipts to send along with the 1-129f for the proof of having met in person? ATM/food/movie receipts dont have names nor account number on it. Only the transaction no., the amount and date... Would that do justice at all? I am just curios since we did not include ATM receipts when we sent in our 1-129f.

They aren't important at all if you have boarding passes and/or passport stamps.

Both holds no difference for me and both supports each other when looking for facts.

The big difference is that without primary evidence of meeting, your petition gets denied. Without evidence of relationship, you just present that evidence at the interview. No evidence of meeting, no petition approval, need for evidence of relationship or any visa interview. Complimentary, yes. One is required but the other is not, at petition filing.

You don't need the Proof of Relationship at this stage. Just proof that you two have met within the last two years.

So you're saying that conversations (e-mail/chats logs) are not 'required' for the Petition... only during the interview in NZ? But pictures, travel info, boarding passes... etc are necessary? Is sending a few (1 chat every month and a half), to show extra proof, a good idea?

Fom reading what everyone else has said, I think that you just need to prove that you met with your fiance within the last 2 years.

So anything that puts you in the same place (country) at the same time is good.

Photos identifying location for example and/or any ticketing information with the destination being near where you are is good.

Actually 1 good item should be good enough because if you were together then you qualify.

The proof of meeting will be based on facts so it doesn't require much evidence to prove. It either is or isn't.

Probably a good idea to save the chats etc for the interview. That case will be harder to prove.

The proof of relationship is more of a judgment call by them.

They will need to put together a picture of your ongoing relationship showing your true intentions and motives.

That can be difficult and so the more detail the better for that part.

Good luck.

Sending chats and all that other info is called front-loading. You don't need to do this unless the consul/embassy is a very tough one to get through or if the place you are petitioning your fiance(e) from is a high fraud place.

We front loaded ours and I was only from Canada, but that was because we just wanted to include everything in the initial packet. So all bases were covered.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I suppose it wouldn't be necessary then, since we'll be going through the NZ one. However, I'd rather include a bit just to be safe. Thanks. :)

NZ isn't not a 'high fraud' Consulate so there is no need to front load your petition. :) Good luck!
