Any luck calling Ghana Embassy?

I wanted to know if someone has ever had luck contacting the Ghana Embassy and speaking with someone directly about your case? I have a couple of phone numbers, 233-30-74110, 233-30-741775 but I don't know which one is correct. I want to contact them in trying to push up my husband's second interview date, well at least just bringing back the correct paperwork. I did email them and they sent this generic response back

We endeavor to schedule interviews and return interviews in the shortest

time frame possible. We understand the time sensitive nature of our

cases and work to issue visas to qualified applicants as soon as

possible. Our case load dictates the dates that are available.

Unfortunately, due to the large volume of applications here in Accra we

are not able to honor your request of an earlier appointment date.

I don't know if this will help but I have been successful in talking to someone about my case at the Ghana embassy but that was in 2008. You just have to keep on top of it and keep calling and calling and annoying them until they let you talk to someone.

I have been using that same number and can't get through to an actual human. Just the voice recording instructing you to go online or email??? It seems as thought their system is not too customer friendly.
