It's not. Being gay doesn't mean you want your kids to be too; it's not a religion that you force-feed your child until the fear of hell is so ingrained in their mind they find no other way to live. Religion is different because you can raise your child in an almost exclusively religion environment, while raising your child in an exclusively gay environment isn't as easy. In fact I'd think most parents would not want their children (even if they accept them regardless) to belong in a any group that is ridiculed and faces prejudice every day.

If my child is gay, I would love him, and I wouldn't say anything negative to him about it, but I'd wish he'd been born straight so he'd have an easier, happier, life.

I'm not sure why you're disagreeing with me. I never said they wouldnt be loved. I was referring to Danno's comment "I did everything right" As far as Rosie goes I dont believe she was trying to make her child gay, she was trying to make him anti-military.

Most Christians believe that being gay is a choice, Satans misled them and all that jazz. They of course would continue to love their child as they waited for god to lead them in the right direction. I know a few Christians that would question themselves, like "what did I do wrong?" As if being gay is wrong(stupid I know) and if you're a rational person that believes in the bible( ...... )then it is wrong and you need to find your way back to the lord. Although there is even more ridiculous people out there that think according to the bible it is OK to be gay.
