That makes a lot more sense. Haven't gotten to the highlighted documents in my scanning process but thanks so much. I (like everyone) am really trying to avoid an RFE so thanks! I'll see if they are readable in black and white and color. :)

Yeah. For anyone else whos interested - I guess it depends on the type of highlighter cause mine work both fine in color and blank and white. I used the same one for all pages but one so Ill recheck that other page when I get to it.. weird.

If the application has to much "foo fla" they dont like it, i had it like yours, tabs, table of contents and they got mad and took everything apart. they will go though it fine without the tabs. you can put a table of contents, thats ok.

I know you want it to be perfect- but only send in what is needed :0

good luck! :star:

Sounds like your packet was similar to mine. I highlighted things that were in my "supporting evidence" to help them find why I might have included it but nothing official, and I did tabs at the bottom as well. I also double holed punched at the top because I read somewhere that they assemble via top brackets and so I figured "why not?" Just do priority mail, nothing rushed. I was approved in 4 1/2 months with no RFE's. Good luck! I think it's a beautiful packet :)

Hey Everyone!

I am finally ready to send out our I-130 package and I am so excited about it. I've put my cover letter below and was hoping a few of you could look at it and tell me if it sounds ok and if I am missing anything.

Also, do I just mail this USPS and would do you recommend next day or anything like that?

I am going to put tabs at the bottom and just put one big clip on everything, is that alright?

Should I put a mini table of contents in front of each section or is the one in the front ok?

Thanks so much for all your help you guys!
