AOS

Hi everyone!

Me and my husband are yes, allready preparing for the next step in our process. He will be busy with his basic training for the army and AIT by the time we expect to have our NOA2 in, that is why.

Now we wonder if he is able, or does he have to, file an AOS for me?

He is getting ready to graduate here soon, has a small job next to going to school, offcourse doesnt meet any requirements and he can't support me with that little pay. Now the deal is, that he will soon be able to support me, since he will be in the military. If he files an AOS for me, he can't include any documents on his current employment (military), meaning no tax transcripts, W2's. Well, he can, from the past 3 years, but his mom has him under here taxes and it wouldnt matter anyhow, its not enough.

So how do we do this?

And, we have joint sponsors, how many, next to him filing, can we have?

I believe beside him is 2 other people. My parents support my wife AOS because I did not have any taxscript either.
