AM MARRIED TO A USC AND I HAVE A CONDITION GREEN CARD WHICH WILL EXPIRED IN MARCH 2012. WE HAVE BEEN HAVING A COUPLES OF PROBLEMS

COS SHE HAVE AN ATTITUDE , SHE TRITE ME VERY BAD AND EVEN LEFT ME TO ANOTHER STATE WHERE HER FAMILY LIVES, SHE SOMETIME BLOCK MY NUMBER FROM CALLING HER. IN THE TIME OF FILING THE 2010 TAXES SHE CALLED ME AND I TOLD HER AM GONNA FILE MY TAXES WITH HER AND SHE TOLD ME SHE ALREADY FILLED HER'S SEPARATELY SO SHE CAME DOWN TO ME AND SHE MADE ME CLAIM HER UNCLE ON MY TAXES COS SHE THE ONE TAKING CARE OF HIM .., PLEASE I NEED A HELP TO KNOW IF THAT GONNA AFFECT MY GREENCARD RENEWAL ?

Sorry to hear things aren't working out between you and your wife, and YES it will effect the removal of conditions. You need to show an ongoing marital relationship, and from what you describe, this is not normal relations between a husband and wife. Others with more experience in this matter will hopefully advise you on what steps you need to take from here on out.

03/03/2014 - N-400 package mailed.

03/11/2014 - Check cashed.

03/14/2014 - NOA received.

04/09/2014 - Biometrics.

04/28/2014 - In-Line for Interview - 6 hours later Interview Scheduled!!

05/02/2014 - Interview Letter received. (Mailed on 29 April)

05/26/2014 - 3 year anniversary.

06/02/2014 - Interview. PASSED!

09/11/2014 - Oath Ceremony.

09/16/2014 - Updated driver licence and registered to vote.

10/08/2014 - Updated Social Security

10/14/2014 - Applied for U.S. Passport

10/27/2014 - U.S. Passport arrived in mail (13 days - DID NOT expedite)

10/30/2014 - Naturalization Certificate arrived in mail (was not folded)

You don't renew your green card. You apply to remove conditions. This is done WITH your spouse JOINTLY.

Sounds like if you want to Remove Conditions and stay in the USA you need to divorce your wife and file ROC by yourself with a divorce waiver. You will need evidence that she abandoned you as you claim she did.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
