Format of beneficiary's name on NOA1

So I'm probably over thinking this and being paranoid, but I was just looking at our NOA1 and noticed the beneficiary's name is listed as "last name, first name".

I would like to get some confirmation that that is how it usually appears on the NOAs.

Petitioner's name...First Last

Beneficiary's name....Last,First

If there's a middle name it will follow the first name for either.

That's common too. The interface they use may have a character limit or the data entry tech may be lazy.
