my husnabd will appliyed US.citizenship in july of 2011

And we got married in july of 2009 and fiels i-130 in the months of November on 23 and sent to us case number starts

with EAC

we wait for approval so how many months should i wait fo approval??

Your I130 gets approves on the same timeline as a USC but there is no immediate visa number available and that is where the wait is. It takes years for the visa number for the spouse of an LPR. When your husband GETS his citizenship then he can ask that the petition be upgraded. He can't upgrade until he is finially through the citizenship process and has taken his oath.

if your husband remains a greencard holder, it will be about 4 years until your priority date becomes current, so about 4.5 years until you can get a visa. Once your husband is a US citizen though, he can call to upgrade his petition and it should take about 65-8 months from then.

Once your husband becomes a citizen, perhaps by October/November, he can then contact USCIS to change the status of the petition. So perhaps early 2012 you could expect a interview should your petition go smoothly. Also once you do get a visa you will get a 10 year green card since you will be married at least 2 years by that time.
