Hello,

you could also look into the spouse visa possibility. I'll give you a quick overview over the pros and cons, but the specifics are in the guides that you can find in the vj-wiki.

spouse visa

-takes a little longer than fiancée visa

-you can only file for a spouse visa when you're married

-fees are around $ 1000

-you'll get your green card, SSN and

work permit right after you get your

visa

fiancée visa

-is slightly faster, but not by much

-you can start filing for it today if you want to; you need to get married in the US within 90 days after you got the visa

-fees are about $ 2000

-after getting the visa you still need to wait for about 4 months until you get green card, SSN and work permit
