questions about aos and changes to g325a information

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of filing AOS...the g325 information has a new address, Should I put the new one on the g325 to be submitted with the AOS?

2nd question is...we saw the civil surgeon last august 2010 and got everything updated with the immunizations etc.....do we need to get a new letter for the AOS since it is from august?

We just got the money to file everything, hence the delay.

medicals exams are valid for up to one year. if the cs just did the immunizations part then you are fine even after a year...
