For general education, here is the CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER GUIDELINE, Laguna Niguel, CA (Since 2003, the doc hasn't been updated. I assume some info is at a standstill):

After going through the doc above, I was researching 'how CSC policy treats responses to requests for evidence' (in a case, if needed), i.e. 'processing time clock consistent with 8 CFR 103.2(b)(10)(i), I found this:

In a case, if some people need to obtain a marriage/divorce cert in CA, especially for divorce cases when Judgment is not enough. Hit this:
