AOS package Question

Hello All,

I am about to send my AOS package after my recent tax filing.

Can we email the I-864 AOS package including the bar coded cover sheet by email to NVCElectronic@state.gov? Or do we have to mail it?

You have to mail it in. Only those in eligible countries for Electronic Processing that have opted in can email packages in. India is not one of those eligible countries.

No, you can't. As I said, India isn't eligible for electronic processing. It's not where the petitioner lives, it's where the foreign spouse lives.
