you're so right :blush: maybe i overreact a bit when i get annoyed i should give him some time to breathe for that mistake he did lol :wub:

why do we have to reprint it? the forms are available for 1 year from filling date i think. :clock:

you have to reprint only if they marked thru anything....we had to reprint altogether because of the barcode issue...

Expect your package to be rejected since he didn't include a check. He will get it back in the mail in a few weeks and can re-send it again.

Naturalization

9/9: Mailed N-400 package off

9/11: Arrived at Dallas, TX

9/17: NOA

9/23: Received NOA

10/7: Text from USCIS on status update: Biometrics in the mail

10/9: Received Biometrics letter

2/16: Text from USCIS that Baltimore has scheduled an interview...finally!!

hi everyone! my fiance also filed the Petition march 17, i checked their website and our Case Status is for Initial Review.

just wanna ask if how long will they review our papers and how many months before we could receive an update from USCIS?

hope the experts here can answer..thanks in advance :)

-met in year 2001 classmates since 1st year college

-in a relationship since year 2002

-engaged= February 14, 2011

-fiance' became an american citizen March 2011

-FILED PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) March 17, 2011

-March 21, 2011 USCIS received I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

They dissect the package and see that everything is in order then they will send it all back ....just takes time...you will have to endure a lot of patience on the visa journey... no pun intended...but ask anyone that's been here for some time...everything takes time...and sometimes it isnt as fast as expected...just keep checking the mail for the returned packg...

from the statistics here...anywhere from 1 month to 7 months on average....just check out your portal and see what the average for your country says...that's as best as we can do :) good luck..

thank you so much everyone :) he'll still call tomorrow to see if he can get some extra info about our package. well patience is what we all need. if i can see him some during this whole visa process it will be a bit more easier for us

NEWS: it seems our package wont be sent back. they put it on hold till he sends the check today. seems we had some luck here this time
