I also have 3 cases at nvc and I sent in my checklist for the 4th time and seen that you had a supervisor look at it. 2 of my cases are already complete but the first one I'm having trouble with. How did you get a supervisor to look at your cases and is does it really work?

I called a regular operator to check on my case status and explained that it had been over 23 business days (they request 20 before calling them) since my DS-260 confirmation e-mails.... the fellow I spoke with happened to feel it should be escalated to a supervisor to figure out where my cases were. Not sure if they pass on to a supervisor as a rule of thumb, but that's what he did for me. I believe you have the right to request to speak to a supervisor...again not sure if they push back on that request,,, but if they do, I would just call back and speak with another operator and keep asking to speak to a supervisor until they pass you on to one.

Good luck!!!

Thanks, I will call and demand to speak to a supervisor, I'm so sick and tired of all these rfe's for the same paperwork, it's just stupid :(. They have told me 4 different times to send in something different but all the same paper work in a different way. I guess I wait some more I just hope I get a july appoinment! thanks...

I need this to be over! Getting really anxious! I hope my case closes soon.

RFE May 14th sent back 14th called and they say send in different forms 26th

because apparently what I sent wasn't what they wanted after the opperator

told me to send in that stuff. So I sent in different forms with what the lady

told me again. Not sure if it's the right forms since I got three different

operators telling me different. Well, after sending the paperwork on the 26th May

I received a email saying that it didn't go through, because they couldn't open the

attachment. Sent again on the 27th May and it was recieved over their on 31st. So

will see what they say on the 9th since that would be 20 business days since I sent

on the 14th. I hope they look at all what I sent together even if I sent it all

at different dates. This is getting annoying! I do have two cases that are going

to be connected with this case and they were both complete on the 26th of May. But they

won't set the interview date until they fix this first case. Praying for a closure!

I know what you mean. I am already annoyed myself with the whole situation. I kept myself from calling NVC "human" this week but I will call today. It's less headache when you don't call cause when you call you get frustrated with the "humans" giving you misinfo. Let's see what a "human" will tell me today.
