Exciting as hell, Now i get to stress and hope I get a decent interview date.

Its tough with the last month of school for the kids being June in Canada, so we are hoping for the very end, or early July.

Going to do the medical the same week as interview as well, so will have to take a 4 or 5 day trip to montreal for the family since its so expensive flying three people there.

I think I might fly up there as well for the interview if I can get a decent priceline deal on a ticket.

Don't worry you won't get an interview before June 27 as that was the day they were scheduling on Friday. When did you send your last documents to NVC and which day did you think you got your CC?

USCIS (204 days)

08-05-10: I-130 package sent USPS Express

08-06-10: Package delivered in Chicago (Received Date) (Priority Date)

08-18-2010: NOA1 (Notice Date) Received text & email with case number, Check Cashed

08-21-10: Hardcopy NOA1

11-02-10 Case Transferred from CSC to TSC

11-03-10 Hardcopy Transfer to TSC Notice

It won't ever say 'accepted'. It just stays as 'complete'. The only way to know if it was accepted is either through the AVR, an operator tells you, or the IV bill appears.

Case closed was today. The exact same time as RinTse.

We will probably end up with the same date based on how close our posts were.

Did you also send your last package on May 2? Yes I'm sure it will be same date as RinTse and I'm guessing first week of July.

I got OPTIN acceptance on the April 19th and sent both AOS and IV packets on same day for each of my three cases.

On May 7th I got a "checklist letter response" saying that I was missing almost every document in each of my cases.

I responded once again to this checklist response with the documents it was asking for on May 9th.

I do not know which documents got processed, or if they lost my first set completely and went off the checklist only.

Today was day 19 after my original set of documents.

First off, congrats to bigbigblake and RinTse for the case complete emails! kicking.gif Hopefully you both find out your interview date soon. I had to wait 15 days and it was the longest 15 days in my life. Good luck!

My wife is on vacation with her parents and left me here to do all the paperwork...can you tell my wife tooo....She has been on a sabbatical since January while I toil AND do all the paperwork!!!! :bonk:
