Called the AVR on the 5th and it said my case was completed on the 4th. Called on the 6th and it said case completed on the 5th. Then yesterday it says case completed the 9th! Operators keep telling me it's complete now, so no big deal. I got the same monologue others have been getting... unfortunately we couldn't get you an interview in May, call back next week to see if you got one in June. I know it can take a couple weeks (like Saylin) to get an interview date, but I'm really hoping for June! This is kind of a useless post, but my fingers are crossed for all of us awaiting interview dates.

Fingers crossed!!! Wierd with the ever changing AVR message, well at least it does not change to case still in review or some other crazy thing :thumbs:

It won't ever say 'accepted'. It just stays as 'complete'. The only way to know if it was accepted is either through the AVR, an operator tells you, or the IV bill appears.

Everything has been sent in now and I know I just have to wait on CC.... but, I'm curious... what does the automated message say for you guys who are in the same boat? Mine says that a packet of information was sent out on April 13...yada yada yada.... I know they just haven't inputed it into the file yet so I'm not stressing about that, but I guess it would be nice to know what others heard while in limbo as well.

Mine has been saying "A packet of information was sent out on April 27...yada yada yada................!" :bonk:

im so pissed at NVC, i sent them my 2nd DS230 as they requested on April 28,FedEx said NVC got it on May 2, and that a J.Allen signed for it. It's been almost 2 weeks and they still can't freakin tell me if they have it. I emailed them nadda they give automated responses that they unfortunately we can't tell u if we have yadda yadda yadda, called them still the same thing, really? im so pissed i wanna slam my guitar to the wall, what the heck is wrong, should i send them another DS230, is it money down the drain? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :angry::angry::angry:

Take it easy. Give it at least 2 full weeks. Keep checking the billing web site and look for SIF.

Any interviews scheduled lately? They could not squeeze me in for May but have not scheduled June either yet. :blink:

I'm with you on this one kira.... They tried to get my husband in the last week of may but due to already being booked they are looking to try to schedule for june...but so far nothing ................do i hear crickets??

Firstly, Congratulations for case complete :)

Im with you guys, i was approved 4/27, I always get the same monologue as kimsue mentioned. They said they are currently scheduling interviews this week, the operator last week told me to call back at the end of this week, & the operator this week wants me to call back next week... :wacko:

Called NVC and talked to operator today. All she could confirm was that they received electronic mail from me on April 19th (AOS package) & May 2nd (IV package). None of them have been reviewed yet or entered into sysytem. :angry:

Yeah when I call the operator they don't even mention that they have received it. Its going to be 20 business days tomorrow since I sent my IV. I am now impatient! :angry:

I called NVC on Tuesday, the operator told me the last day for scheduling is on the 15th, which I thought is kinda weird because I haven't heard of anybody getting scheduled for June. I called again yesterday and the operator said they'll begin giving out schedules Monday of next week (the 16th). I'll go with what the 2nd operator said... tongue.gif

12/22/09: I-130 receipt date (Sent by lawyer to CSC)

8/20:10: Approved/NOA2

9/03/10: NVC # generated, gave e-mail adds

9/08/10: Received IV/AOS fee bill

9/09/10: Paid AOS/IV

9/13/10: Mailed completed AOS, enetered into the system on 9/14

9/19/10: Mailed completed DS-230, entered into the system on 9/22

10/13/10: CASE COMPLETE!!!
