This is what I got this morning 10am (Paris time)

Called them to see what it means, and again operator unable to give me a logical answer. The AVR still saying that Friday 6 they received the checklist letter response, I never sent any letter, I just called and managed to get them to understand the error. I'm really sick and tired of all this S****

I think the reason they lose so much of our stuff at the NVC is there weird hours.

They make them answer the phone all day long saying "Please wait 20 days before calling me" and then at night they have to read e-mails and open packages.

Every response I have gotten from them comes at like 10 or 11 at night.

Hey there...

I got the exact same letter but i will tell u in my case i sent in my DS-230 first... because i wanted to get an RFE(Checklist letter)from NVC...

the reason... without this checklist letter India PCC is not possible...

then about a week later or so i sent in my AOS... they reviewed it on May 6th and was approved...(the operator said i will get another checklist letter)

so finally i got the exact same thing today(last night)...

and before getting this RFE again last night... i already sent in my PCC to them last week...

so not to worry... soon the case will be in final review and closed...

i know its a bit confusing... but hope it helps...

You know the people who answer the phone are not the same ones who work on the case :P , they are just a call centre. My husband was told the emails are automatically replied to by a computer in batches so that is why they come in so late at night, then the "real people" review the docs. so basically you are just speaking on the phone to someone who has just screen access and cannot make any changes, otherwise where would they take the time! :D

I also got this exact same checklist, three times actually, in the days right before my case completed. The operators told me to ignore it. I got it once on May 3rd and twice on May 4th... on May 5th I found out about the CC. So this could be a good thing or it might not mean anything at all. Good luck!

Yes, just add it to your list of stupid RFEs. It was just requesting for your IV package, but you've already sent that in, so. That email was generated before they look to see if you sent it in already headbonk.gif

This has turned into the worst nightmare I ever had. We can't respond to my daughter's RFE because hubby too busy sorting out the tornado damages issues, maybe next week we'll be able to send it. Even though my file is related to her, she's got to have her own AOS packet. The instructions are not very clear, then we have different versions from the operators who all of the sudden became very mean.

Wow, I hope your husband can sort through everything soon, then respond to the RFE, and finally get a case complete.

I think Saylin telling everyone to call in twice a day made them mad! They really dont want to talk anymore.

I only suggest once a day to ask for an update, not twice :P
