Called an operator but it's not CC. It's under final review. What's next?

Congrats!!! :dance: Lucky friday yes?!!

Just give it a day or two and you will have CC then more waiting for the interview date. :thumbs:

It won't ever say 'accepted'. It just stays as 'complete'. The only way to know if it was accepted is either through the AVR, an operator tells you, or the IV bill appears.

I have gotten through to an operator almost immediately both times I tried calling the NVC. The first time was to get the JAK number and the second was to get the IIN number.

So, I had my wife email the DS-3032 form and she got back the following reply:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

Any documents received at the National Visa Center that have not been requested will not be reviewed. Please do not send any documents until they are requested.

The NVC recently received this petition. The appropriate agent (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will receive instructions for the further processing of this petition within 6 to 8 weeks.

She got one email that was recalled that didn't have the bolded sentences that was recalled first.

I am also unable to log in to the payment form.

How long do I have to wait to be able to send in the DS-3032? I didn't want to have to wait for them to mail it.

Jan-2009 - Met online

Mar-2009 - Became a couple

Sep-2009 - Met in person (2 weeks in Jakarta)

Jan-2010 - Denied B1 visa

Mar-2010 - Engaged

Oct-2010 - Married

Nov-2010 - Filed I-130

You're probably going to have to wait till NVC sends you the initial information package which contains your NVC case number, IIN, and an expired DS-3032. When you receive that, then re-send the DS-3032 by email and then it should be accepted.

Yes, SIF means sign in fail. And it's at the payment portal where you paid the AOS and IV fees.

WTB them reviewing my paperwork.

System still doesn't show anything being "received". 13 business days so far, 17 total days since e-mail receipt said they received them. You think they would at least code that into the AVR so I didn't have to listen to "A packet of information is being sent to you, if it has been more then six weeks..."

Oh god, I heard that AVR message for a month! It was driving me crazy by the end.

I just received a checklist from NVC a few minutes ago.

Is this an RFE? All of the information was clearly provided for them in the electronic correspondence and makes no sense. I think im going to have to call first thing Monday?

NVC Case Number: MTL2011*******

Dear BLAKE :

We have reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of an application for an immigrant

visa. Please review the information listed under each applicant's name and provide any documents

which are indicated as missing or need additional information. You must submit the required

information. Failure to provide the requested information will delay your immigrant visa interview.

Please read the enclosed information to determine where to send all required copies of missing

documents. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please call the National Visa Center at (603)

334-0700 between the hours of 7:30am and midnight ET.

Please include a copy of this letter with your correspondence and write your case number clearly (exactly

as it appears below) on the upper right-hand corner of all documents.

From the date you mail or transmit the requested information, please allow 20 business days for NVC to

review this documentation/your mail. When we complete our review, the NVC will notify

you/petitioner/beneficiary/attorney with information regarding the next processing step.

If a period of one year passes without contacting the NVC (by e-mail, telephone, or mail), all

submitted fees and documents will expire. Upon expiration, the fees and documents would need to

be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

The only thing I didn't do was write the case number at top right because it was electronic and clearly labeled on each e-mail coversheet, etc.
